Classes are designed to be challenging, safe, and adaptable for all levels, helping you move, strengthen, and feel your best. • We encourage you to arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and ease into the groove. After class, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like—relax, connect, and enjoy a refreshing beverage from our Wellness Bar. Our space is designed for lingering and community.

  • When you arrive at Groove, simply check in at the front desk and feel free to pre-order a drink from our Wellness Bar—or wait until after class to treat yourself. Place your belongings in the change room area, then grab the equipment set out on the instructor’s mat from our display. Choose any spot that feels right for you. After class, we invite you to linger, connect with friends, and enjoy nourishing beverages in our space—it’s all part of the Groove experience.

Studio Policies

  • We understand that life happens! To keep things fair for both our instructors and fellow clients, we ask that any cancellations be made at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your class credit. If you’re unable to attend and don’t let us know (a no-show), the credit will be forfeited and a $10 fee will be charged. This helps ensure everyone has a fair chance to book into classes they’re excited about.

  • To respect the flow of the class and the experience of all participants, we ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join, and entry is at the discretion of the instructor once class is underway. This ensures a safe, smooth, and supportive class environment for everyone.

  • To help create a supportive and uplifting community at Groove Pilates and Wellness Bar, we kindly ask that everyone follow these simple guidelines:

    • Say hello & check in – Stop by the front desk/ wellness bar to sign in and meet our team when you arrive.

    • Arrive a few minutes early – Give yourself time to settle in, grab water, and set up your space before class begins.

    • Phone-free zone – Please silence your phone and store it away to keep the space calm and distraction-free.

    • Respect the space & each other – Wipe down your equipment after use and be mindful of noise so everyone can enjoy a focused class.

    • Stay for the full class – Leaving early can disrupt the flow; if you must go, let your instructor know in advance.

    • Kindness always – Smile, support, and encourage your fellow clients—community is at the heart of what we do!

  • All clients must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Anyone under the age of 18 requires a signed waiver from their parent or guardian.

  • Your membership or credit package will indicate whether guest usage is included. If guest usage is allowed, you can book a spot for a friend using one of your credits—because everything’s better when shared!
